HR and Management are continually inundated with solicitations from dozens of local firms, all laying claim to a niche focus or having a broad reach. The reality is that the in-house recruiters at other firms can be weak in certain fields and can become overloaded, thus not being as proactive and focused as our extended team of recruiters.

Additionally, "National" firms are rarely truly national. Offices compete with each other, sometimes hoarding talent and must refer you to several different account representatives based on Geography or Vertical. At TeamBuilder, you will always have the option to only deal with a single point of contact, regardless of where your resourcing needs lie. While still being sure that each resource has been interviewed, face-to-face before submission.

We're fast:

We have options. Unlike the competition, we are not limited to our own team of in-house recruiters. Our competitors rarely turn down business, even when they know they don't have the bandwidth to properly service it. We monitor our recruiters' workload and ensure we always have capacity to prioritize our clients' needs. We often have our first submissions within 24-48 hours of receiving the order which can be very difficult for larger groups.

We're aggressive:

The word "Headhunting" is often mis-used and can often mis-lead. We're here to fight this trend. We are always proud to represent our clients and candidates needs first. It is a company's responsibility to keep its employees content and challenged. It is another company's directive to find the best. More often than not, "the best" are already working. Over 75% of new company hires come from someone leaving their current employer to move to a new one.

Often your best candidate is currently positioned at your competition. Our team of professional and considerate recruiters are always willing to make those calls, to seek out the best, not just peruse submitted resumes and regurgitate the same old candidates.
